Does the country publish full voter registers at the national level online?

11.3 In all cases, the provisional electoral list must be published three months later before the elections, by posting in all polling stations, to enable consultation by voters. 4. Any political party or any person having applied for membership may obtain a copy of the electoral list at his expense. Fifteen days later before the first ballot, voter lists are finalized. After this time, no registration and no radiation is possible.

The full register is available to political parties. It is not mentioned in which format.
