Does the country publish full voter registers at the national level online?

The Marshall islands adopts a unique approach. Important government documents are issued in a separate proxy website. The 2013 proxy website is yokwe.net (see source), however it has stopped publishing documents. The current proxy website infomarshallislands.com does not provide a detailed voters list.
