Does the country publish the lists of parties and/or candidates registered for elections online?

A list of candidates and their respective parties is made available by Guinea's Electoral Commission and displayed on a board in the country's capital Conakry. In the past election it was displayed on May 2, 2015. This shows that the information is not made available online.
