Does the country publish the lists of parties and/or candidates registered for elections online?

There is a website where anyone can see the candidates, their biographical data and accountability of electoral campaign funding. The search can be done by municipalities (when applicable) or state/nationwide. There are also applications for desktop computers and mobile devices.
