After the sub-regional electoral office has solved all controversies that may arise, and confirmed the registration, it shall in accordance with directives it receives from the Commission, introduce the candidates.

There are no legal Eritrean political parties, as Eritrea is ruled by a single political movement, the People's Front for Democracy and Justice. All other political parties are considered illegal.
