Does the country publish the election (voting) results online?

Article 14
The election campaign shall be organized on the basis of wide publicity. Every voter shall have the right, in the course of the election, to search, receive and distribute information related to the formation of electoral districts and polling stations, composition of electoral committees, location and work schedule of committees, election returns of candidates, the poll and election.
Decisions of the respective electoral committees, related to the formation of electoral districts and polling stations, composition of electoral committees, as well as results of registration of candidates, the poll and election, shall be published in the press.

Article 14
Authority of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Central Election Commission shall:
10) register candidates for the post of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, summarize the results of the elections in the whole republic, publish message about the results in press;
Article 36
Establishing the results of the election of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Message about the the results of the election of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be published in press by the Central Election Commission not later than 10 days after the elections.
Article 11
Authority of the Central Electoral Commission
The Central Electoral Commission shall:
Summarize the outcome of elections in the entire Republic of Uzbekistan, register elected deputies, publish press reports on outcome of elections and lists of elected deputies of the Legislative Chamber;
Article 49
Publication of the results of the election of deputies of the Legislative Chamber
Reports of elections and list of the deputies elect of the Legislative Chamber shall be published by the Central Electoral Commission in the press no later than ten days, indicating their family name, first name, patronymic, year of birth, party affiliation, position (profession), place of work and residence, number and name of electoral district.
The website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan does not have a separate section devoted to the past elections, so the result of the elections could be found only in the news section.

According to the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission Final Report, Republic of Uzbekistan, Early Presidential Election, 4 December 2016, "Tabulation lacked transparency at the district and central levels. The CEC published on its website the total number of registered voters and number of valid votes cast for each candidate, but did not publish results disaggregated by district and polling station. A copy of the final CEC protocol was also not published."
