Election results are generally announced at each polling station after the completion of vote counting. The results are then entered into a report and further signed and closed by all members.
Voting for different levels are announced by different authorities;
Presidential election ? Constitution Council
Legislative election - Constitutional Council
Senatorial elections - Constitutional Council
Regional elections ? The Regional Supervisory Commission
Municipal elections- The Council Supervisory Commission

The announcement of election results is not published online because the announcement is done physically after the vote counting is completed. The announcement for every voting detail such as total votes cast, votes cast for each candidate and invalid votes are all announced by different authorities at different levels as shown above on the sources column that refers to different sections of the electoral code.
