Article 23. Publicity in the work of election committees
1. Election committees shall inform the citizens of their membership, location and the work they carry out, registered candidates for the office of the President of Turkmenistan and their biographic data, results of voting for each candidate and overall outcome of the elections.
Article 44. Publication of results of presidential elections in Turkmenistan
Comminication of the election results and the elected President of Turkmenistan shall be published by Centrizbirkom in press not later than within a ten day period. The message shall contain: total number of citizens put on the electoral register; number of electors who took part in voting; number of votes given for and against each candidate; number of votes given against all candidates; number of void ballot papers and forms; family name, name, patronymic, position held (activity), place of work and residence of the elected President of Turkmenistan.

Article 10. Information guaranties
Electoral process shall be executed on the basis of publicity and broad awareness of the citizens.
The citizens of Turkmenistan shall be guaranteed the right to receive and disseminate information on the matters of preparation and holding of the elections. To this effect, electoral committees, state and public organs and the citizens shall have right to use press, television, radio and other publicly available means of communication of information.

On Elections of Deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan
Article 14. Powers of the Central Commission for Elections and the Conduct of Referendums in Turkmenistan in the preparation and organisation of elections of deputies of the Mejlis
The Central Commission for Elections and the Conduct of Referendums in Turkmenistan shall be formed by the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.
In preparing for and organising elections of deputies of the Mejlis the Central Commission for Elections and the Conduct of Referendums in Turkmenistan shall:
10) determine the results of the election for the whole of Turkmenistan and publish in the press an announcement of the results of the election and a list of elected deputies of the Mejlis;
Article 22. Transparency in the work of election commissions
Election commissions shall inform citizens of their composition, location and of their work; about the registered candidates for deputy of the Mejlis and their biographical details, and about the results of voting for each candidate and the results of the election.
Article 45. Publication of the results of an election of deputies of the Mejlis
An announcement of the election results and a list of the elected deputies of the Mejlis in alphabetical order indicating the surname, first name, patronymic, position occupied (occupation), and place of employment and residence of each deputy, and the electoral district from which he/she was elected shall be published in the press by the Central Commission for Elections and the Conduct of Referendums in Turkmenistan within a ten day period.

The Central Election Commission of Turkmenistan does not have an official web site or any online interface. It publishes it information through the official media of Turkmenistan (newspapers, TV, radio). The election results could be found in the online newspapers, referring to the decisions and announcements of the Election Commission.
