If the country publishes the election (voting) results online, what is the level of aggregation?

The results provided by the EMB indicate the percentage of votes cast per party and candidate, as well as null or blank votes, among other information. For more recent elections, the online portal seems to have been updated in real time with each election bulletin.  The format in which information is presented varies online, with a mix of machine readable and non-readable resources.
