If the country publishes the election (voting) results online, what is the timing of publication of results?

Results from the 2013 elections can be found here. It is an interactive portal that allows for users to review the votes obtained per candidate, as well as null and blank votes. Aggregations are at the national and departmental (largest subdivision and constituency) levels, although users can also conduct searches for the scanned certificates from specific polling tables. Results were updated in real time, but a final report was also produced after all results were finalized.
