If the country publishes the election (voting) results online, what is the timing of publication of results?

A full table of votes cast on each candidate is available in a zip-file containing multiple Excel files on this webpage http://elections.fgov.be/index.php?id=3265

The timing of publication could not be seen, however the webpage containing the results was updated on 21-08-2014 (three months after the election).
