Comment

The Central Election Commission of Turkmenistan has an official web site though it publishes election results through the official media of Turkmenistan (newspapers, TV, radio). The election results could be found in the online newspapers, referring to the decisions and announcements of the Election Commission (for example: http://www.turkmenistan.ru/ru/articles/38663.html)
