Section 70. Publication of the Final List of Candidates for Membership co Council of States.
Immediately after all appeals and objections to the Court have been decided, the Commission shall publish in the Official Gazette and the print media at the State Legislative Assemble of the state concerned and may disseminate the final list of candidates nominated pursuant to Section 63 of the Act by any other means it deems appropriate.
