INSPECTION OF ELECTION EXPENSES RETURNS FOR GENERAL ELECTION 2015
Under the Parliamentary Elections Act, the election agents of all candidates who contest in an election must submit a declaration and a return of election expenses to the Returning Officer within 31 days after the day on which the result of the election is published in the Gazette. These returns are required to ensure accountability and transparency in the candidates? campaign finance.
2 The returns submitted for General Election 2015 are available for inspection at the Elections Department from 28 Oct 2015 for a period of 6 months (Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).
