Does the country publish candidate/party financing reports online?

Verpflichtungen

Die politischen Parteien haben über die Verwendung der Beiträge genaue Aufzeichnungen zu führen und die dazugehörigen Unterlagen aufzubewahren. Die Jahresrechnungen sind jeweils in geeigneter Form zu veröffentlichen. Die Regierung kann ein unabhängiges Revisionsunternehmen mit der Prüfung beauftragen.

While law stipulates that financing reports are to be made public, it is not enforced in practice. According to the OSCE/ODIHR Needs Assessment Mission Report, Principality of Liechtenstein, Parliamentary Elections, 5 February 2017, "Electoral groups are not limited in their campaign spending, sources of funding and types of expenditures, and are not bound by account disclosure obligations. The 2016 Evaluation Report of the Council of Europe’s Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) concluded that party and campaign funding system is largely unregulated and provided a number of recommendations for improving its transparency."
