CHAPTER IV: Establishment of Political Parties.
Section 16. Obligations of Political Parties.
1(b) submit comprehensive statements of accounts for all resources and expenditure for auditing and shall retain the said statement of accounts for at least five years and a copy shall be provided to the Council.
Section 17. Submission of Documents.
1c) copy of the approved list of founders including particulars of each of them as required by regulations issued under the provisions of this Act.
