Does the country publish candidate/party financing reports online?

Political parties are obliged by law 3023/2002 (art. 18) to keep account books and publish a campaign finance report within 2 months after the elections. This report is published at the Official Government Gazette. However, it is not possible to find the financial disclosure reports in the web portal of the election management authority.
