Terms and Conditions of Financial Support for Electoral Campaigns
38.1 Direct or indirect financing and material support in any form for the electoral campaign of a contestant in an election by national, natural, and legal entities may be utilized only under the following conditions:
- As of the start of election campaign, financial or other material support for the candidates in elections will be declared to the press on a weekly basis: in a publication of Republic-wide circulation - in parliamentary elections; or in a publication with regional circulation in respective district - in local elections
- After establishment of the respective electoral council or bureau, candidates shall also report any funds or other support they obtain from the sources described in this Article, prior to making use of them.
- In parliamentary elections and republican referenda, information on the income and the expenditures of the candidates is posted on the web site 39 of the Central Electoral Commission within 24 hours as of its reception. The posting will include data on the identification of the individual or legal entity who donated/spent the financial means, their sum, and the numbers of financial records documents.
