The High National Election Commission (HNEC) has defined expenditure limits for all candidates depending on the constituency in which they are running. All candidates ? winning or losing ? are
required to submit financial reports specifying their campaign income and expenditure no later than seven days after Election Day.
There is no legal obligation in the election law on HNEC to make this data available to public.
