Article 30
Financial Reports of Political Parties

30.1 Political parties, their organizations and structural subdivisions with the rights of a legal person shall compile financial and accounting reports under the procedure and time limits established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.

30.2 Within the established timeframe, political parties shall submit their final financial reports on income and expenditures to state authorities.

30.3 The sources of funds and the amount of money received in the account, information on the use of these funds as well as the data about the property of political parties with the indication of prices shall be included in the final financial reports of political parties, their organizations and structural subdivisions with the rights of a legal person. The expenses of political parties, their organizations and structural subdivisions connected with their involvement in the preparation for elections and in elections themselves shall be specified in the reports separately.
