Article 44. Election campaign expenses
The Commission shall cover all expenses related to campaigning for the elections. No private funds shall be allowed for campaigning.
Article 66. Budget of the Commission
The Commission shall have a budget approved by the National Assembly. The budget shall be disbursed according to the financial regulations of the Government of Eritrea.
It is however not clear whether the commission makes the financial reports public.
