Article66(1).

Voterswho are registered in the national territory may be called upon to expresstheir opinions in a referendum on issues of relevant national interest.

 

Article66(3).

Mattersfalling under the exclusive competence of the parliament, the Government andthe Courts as defined by the Constitution shall not be the subject ofreferendum.
