Election type

Organic law n° 2014-16 dated 26 May 2014, relating to the elections and referendums
Article 103. Notwithstanding the provisions relating to the determination of the date of elections, provided  in article 102,  the operation of vote of  Tunisians Abroad for  elections and referendums,  takes place during three  consecutive days,  the latest being the day of the poll  in the territory of the Republic.

Article 114. Tunisians abroad meeting the requirements of the articles 5 and 6 of the present law, participate in the referendum.
