Decree No. 35 of 2011 on the Election of a National Constituent Assembly

Article 6: The Tunisian diplomatic or consular missions abroad shall establish the voter register pertaining to all registered Tunisians living abroad and review the same, pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the decree and under the supervision of the Independent High Commission for Elections.
