Organic Law No. 2017-7 of 14 February 2017, amending and supplementing Organic Law No.2014-16 of 26 May 2014 on the elections and Referendums.
Article 118. Voting is personal and proxy voting is prohibited. The voter shall exercise his/her right to vote using his identity card or passport.
