1990Constitution sections 43-45, especially: “No person shall vote at any electionfor any electoral district who—

(a) is not registered as a voter inthat district;

(b) has voted in another electoraldistrict at the same election;

(c) is in lawful custody; or

(d) is for any other reason unable toattend to vote in person (except in so far as it may be provided by law that persons unable soto attend may vote).” And: “(c) is at the qualifying date resident in theelectoral district in which he claims to be registered.” See also Elections Actsection 21: “21.
