NEC Website: "The National Election Commission announced that 123,571 voters, 5.53% of the estimated number of overseas voters, are registered on the confirmed electoral register. This has become known after the NEC confirmed the overseas voters list and overseas absentees list on March 12 and these lists will be used in the 19th National Assembly Elections coming up on April 11, 2012."
