Cyprus
Answer
It was not possible to find the text of the amended version of the Elections Law that provides for voting from abroad. Therefore, we have taken the date of 2011 parliamentary elections, in which external voting was first practiced, as a starting date for external voting in Cyprus. No major change in out-of-country voting regulations was made as of May 2021. In the recent Legislative (2021) and Presidential (2018) elections, out-of-country voting was administered in several countries.
