On 21 and 22 June 2014, 3,816 voters cast their ballots for the Council of Representatives (CoR) election in 22 cities disseminated across the 13 countries which hosted the Libyan out of country voting. Manchester and London (UK) witnessed the highest turnout. There were a total of 10,087 voters registered abroad for the CoR election.
