Electoral system for national legislature

The link to the Electoral Code is not working. Our coding is based on the interpretation of general information provided in the EMB website, and the details of election results provided in other sources, such as IPU and Dr. Adam Carr's website. 

The electoral system was changed to a Mixed one in 2013 legislative elections. In one tier, there are 106 seats which are elected using two round majoritarian system in single and two-member districts. There are also two national tiers: a general tier with 20 seats as well as a women only tier with 20 seats. These national tiers seem to use List PR with largest remainder. The interpretation of the electoral system is based on limited information, because the Electoral Code is not available in the EMB website.
