Article 7
Principles on the damnation/determination of the number of National Assembly members
The damnation/determination of the number of National Assembly members is based on the following principles
- Every 50,000 of population should be represented by one National Assembly member
- According to the team work principle, any province or special zone/region with population of less than 150,000 people should have three National Assembly members.
Article 34
Candidates elected as members of the National Assembly
Candidates who are elected as members of the National Assembly are those with votes ranking from the first to the last number required for that region. If there is equal number of votes [2 candidates] for the last required Candidate, the election committees should select the more experienced candidate, but in case the two candidates are of equal experience, the elder candidate should be selected as the member of the National Assembly.
