Article 79

79.2 Members of the National Assembly shall be elected through the system of proportional representation, based on the following criteria:

Each province shall by right be represented in the National Assembly by five Members, and each province shall for this purpose Constitute an electoral college;
The remaining one hundred and thirty Members shall be elected at national level, and the country shall for this purpose be considered a single electoral college;
For Angolan communities abroad, there shall be constituted a single electoral college of three Members, two in the Africa region and one in the rest of the world
