37 Declaration of result
When he has ascertained the result of the poll in respect of the electoral district of
which he is Returning Officer, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare to be
elected the candidate or, in the case of an election in an electoral district for which 2
members are to be elected, the 2 candidates, for whom the greatest number of votes
has been cast and shall also declare the number of votes for every candidate,
whether elected or not.
