Article 29
Electoral Constituency

29.1 For the purpose of the National Assembly Deputy elections, the electoral territory shall be divided into electoral constituencies.

29.2 The national territory includes the following electoral constituencies:

1. Eighteen provincial electoral constituencies whose boundaries correspond to those of each of the provinces and are denominated with the same name;
2. A single national electoral constituency;
3. An external representative electoral constituency which covers all of the countries in which Angolan voters reside. This constituency shall in turn be sub-divided into a zone for Africa and a zone for the rest of the world.
