Number of tiers

The link to the Electoral Code is not working. Our coding is based on the interpretation of general information provided in the EMB website, and the details of election results provided in other sources, such as IPU and Dr. Adam Carr's website. 

106 seats in one tier which use two round majoritarian system in single and two-member districts. There are also two national tiers: a general tier with 20 seats as well as a women only tier with 20 seats. These two national tiers seem to use List PR with largest remainder.
