III.CONSTITUENCIES

Article 12

1. The election of councilors is conducted ina municipality as a single constituency. The election of MPs is conducted inthe Republic as a single constituency.

2. In the Republic, as a single constituency,five MPs shall be elected, out of the total number of MPs, at the pollingstations defined by the special resolution passed by the Assembly.
