Representation of the People (Parliamentary Constituencies and Seats)

Article 1: Vanuatu is to be divided into 17 constituencies

Article 2: Parliament is to consist of 52 members and the seats for those members are to be distributed among the constituencies in accordance with and in the manner set out in the Schedule

NOTE: FPTP is used in the single-member constituencies. In the multi-member constituencies voters still only have one vote, which means that SNTV is used.
