Article 68
The electoral districts shall each have one or more seats.
In electoral districts with multiple seats, candidates provide complete lists.
The election of deputies to the National Assembly takes place in each electoral district, by direct universal suffrage and by a one-round majority vote.
Members of the Chamber of Deputies are elected by majority vote, blocked by a single ballot, without preferential voting or mixing.
