77. [Constituencies and elections]

(1) Zambia shall be divided into constituencies,for purposes of elections to the National Assembly so that the number of suchconstituencies, the boundaries of which shall be such as an Electoral Commissionprescribes, shall be equal to the number of seats of elected members in

the National Assembly.

(3) Each constituency shall return one memberonly to the National Assembly.
