Article 79

79.2 Members of the National Assembly shall be elected through the system of proportional representation, based on the following criteria:

Each province shall by right be represented in the National Assembly by five Members, and each province shall for this purpose Constitute an electoral college
The remaining one hundred and thirty Members shall be elected at national level, and the country shall for this purpose be considered a single electoral college
For Angolan communities abroad, there shall be constituted a single electoral college of three Members, two in the Africa region and one in the rest of the world
