Article 33

33.1 In the event that one of the candidates or a Candidate Pair becomes permanently incapable of being a candidate after the first round of the election but before the commencement of the second round of the election, the implementation of the Election shall be postponed for no more than 30 (thirty) days, and the political party or coalition of political parties whose Candidate Pair has become permanently incapable of being a candidate shall nominate a substitute Candidate Pair no later than 3 (three) days after the day the Candidate Pair becomes permanently incapable of being a candidate, and the KPU shall verify and determine the substitute Candidate Pair no later than 4 (four) days after the registration of the substitute Candidate Pair.
