48: There shall be a President of Bangladesh who shall be elected by members of Parliament in accordance with law.
10 - Taking of the Poll: (1) The President shall be elected by the Members of Parliament by open ballot. (2) Every member of Parliament shall at any election under this Act have only one vote.
