Electoral system for the president

Article 19

(3) Within this sphere of authority, the Parliament shall - 

k) elect the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the members of the Constitutional Court, the

Parliamentary Ombudsmen, the President and Vice-Presidents of the State Audit Office, the President of the

Supreme Court and the General Prosecutor;
