Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria (amended 2006) 
92 (1): The President shall be the Head of State. He shall embody the unity of the nation and shall represent the State in its international relations. 
93 (1): The President shall be elected directly by the voters for a period of five years by a procedure established by law.
93 (3): To be elected, a candidate shall require more than one-half of the valid ballots, provided that more than half of all eligible voters have cast their ballots in the election. 
Election Code (2013) - Supplementary Provisions
? 14. Within three months after the appointment thereof, the Central Election Commission shall adopt and shall promulgate in the State Gazette: 1. the methodologies for determination of the voting results upon conduct of theelections of President and Vice President of the Republic and of municipal councillors and mayors in 2011;
Comment
There were no presidential elections in 2014. The previous presidential elections was in 2011.
