Electoral system for the president

Article 103: A candidate shall not be declared elected asPresident unless the number of votes cast in favour of that candidate at thepresidential election is more than fifty percent of valid votes cast at theelection.

(5) Where at a presidential election no candidate obtains the percentage ofvotes specified in clause (4) of this article, a second election shall be heldwithin thirty days after the declaration of the results in which election thetwo candidates who obtained the highest number of votes shall be the onlycandidates.
