Article 174:The Federal Government is the highest governing and executive authority of the Federation.
Article 174:(1) The Federal President chairs the Federal Government.
(2) The Federal President and the Vice-President of the Federal Government will be elected by the Federal Parliament from the members of the Federal Government for the term of one year.
