Article 174:
The Federal Government is the highest governing and executive authority of theFederation.
 
Article 176:
(1) The Federal President chairs the Federal Government.
(2) The Federal President and the Vice-President of the Federal Government willbe elected by the Federal Parliament from the members of the Federal Governmentfor the term of one year.
