Section30:
(1) The House shall consist ofsuch number of members as corresponds with the number of constituenciesestablished in accordance with the provisions of section 58, who shall be electedin accordance with the provisions of section 33.
(2) If a person who is not amember of the House is elected to be Speaker he or she shall, by virtue ofholding the office of Speaker, be a member of the House.
(3)At any time when the office of Attorney General is a public office, the AttorneyGeneral shall, by virtue of holding or acting in that office, be a member ofthe House.NOTE: There are currently 17 constituencies according to Houseof Assembly Review of Constituency Boundaries Order (1973-11-30)
