Legislative size (directly elected)

In the 2004 Legislative Yuan election, there were 225 seats available. Including the aborigine districts, there were 176 seats elected from 31 districts, and the average district magnitude was 5.68. There were also 49 Legislative Yuan members elected by PR, representing a nationwide constituency and the overseas Chinese communities.
