Electoral Provisions (Parliament) Act, 1980 (amended 2008)

Article 3: For the purpose of this Act and sections 82(4) and (5) and 83 of the Constitution, Tuvalu shall be divided into 8 electoral districts which shall be known by the names, consist of the areas and return the number of members specified in relation thereto in Schedule 1.

NOTE: According to Schedule 1, there are 15 elected members.
